Azad Bansala — Founder Partner

Azad Bansala passed out from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi in 2021. A first-generation lawyer, Mr. Bansala committed to ensuring that a litigant’s struggle ends the moment they walk into his office. He began his career at the Supreme Court and later established a strong practice before Consumer Forums and Real Estate Authorities, representing both builders and buyers in over 300 cases.

He also handles rent control matters before various forums including the Delhi High Court and has deep experience with MCD/NDMC/DDA issues. Mr. Bansala has represented students and academics in admission, fellowship and scholarship matters. As founder partner, his experience and vision guide the firm.

Prakriti Rastogi — Founder Partner

Prakriti Rastogi completed her LLB (Hons) from Law Centre-II, University of Delhi in 2021. With a background in Anthropology, Ms. Rastogi brings insight into families and communities. She started with service law at the Supreme Court and High Court and developed expertise in arbitrations, representing clients before the Delhi International Arbitration Centre.

She handles matters relating to sexual harassment, domestic violence, POCSO, criminal law, education disputes, passport and civil documentation issues, medical negligence cases before consumer forums, and land acquisition cases. Her vision and dedication make her a strong leader in the firm.
